Marius Hopley

Marius Hopley is a founder and Director of Haswell.

He has a considerable background in various HR related fields, including Learning & Development, Employee and Organisational Capabilities, Employee Engagement, Employee Testing and Recruitment/Selection.

Along with his brother Philip, he set up Vivant Limited in 2006. It is a focused consulting firm specialising in HR matters, trading successfully since its foundation. Currently he is working as a consultant to large blue-chip multinationals on high level programmes revolving around organisational and people strategies. His work takes him around the globe, and he has current experience of working in the Far East, Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

Marius holds both the Certificate and Diploma in Recruitment Practice, was on the professional qualifications examination Board for the recruitment industry (formerly the REC) and is also a Member of the British Computer Society.
